"Medtronic, Covidien Shareholders Approve Deal" at 11:23 a.m. EST incorrectly stated the share count that voted for Medtronic's acquisition of Covidien. Shareholders representing about 75% of Medtronic's outstanding shares voted in favor of the deal, not 75% of shareholders.
