Moody’s Corporation (“the Company”) announced that Joseph (Jay) McCabe, Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller (principal accounting officer), intends to retire as Senior Vice President – Corporate Controller of the Company on July 31, 2016. The Company has begun the search process to identify a successor for Mr. McCabe’s role.
