LONDON--Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) has expanded its agreement with Ukrainian telecommunications company MTS Ukraine to offer 3G and other new services in the country, the U.K. mobile operator said Friday.

Under the new non-equity partnership, the companies will develop services including new bundle offers, international calling and roaming products under the Vodafone brand.

The Vodafone brand will not be used in territories not under the direct control of the Ukrainian government.

MTS Ukraine is owned by Russian mobile company Mobile TeleSystems PJSC (MBT).
