MOSCOW--OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS), Russia's second-largest
crude oil producer, said Tuesday that its third-quarter net profit
fell 11.5% to $3.11 billion from the same period a year earlier on
the increase in depreciation, amortization and operating expenses
and a decline in international hydrocarbon prices.
Third-quarter revenue grew 3.5% to $36.74 billion, while
earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization
for the same period rose by 0.6% to $5.47 billion.
The company's daily hydrocarbon production increased 1% on the
year to 2.18 million barrels of oil equivalent.
