MOSCOW--OAO Lukoil Holdings (LKOH.RS), Russia's second-largest crude oil producer, said Tuesday that its third-quarter net profit fell 11.5% to $3.11 billion from the same period a year earlier on the increase in depreciation, amortization and operating expenses and a decline in international hydrocarbon prices.

Third-quarter revenue grew 3.5% to $36.74 billion, while earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization for the same period rose by 0.6% to $5.47 billion.

The company's daily hydrocarbon production increased 1% on the year to 2.18 million barrels of oil equivalent.
