Permanent TSB To Announce Restructuring Including Branch Closures

LONDON--Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC (ILO.DB), the retail banking unit of permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC, said Wednesday that in the next week it will announce a restructuring plan which will include branch closures and other changes.
