On February 17, 2017, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”), a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. with ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”), filed its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended December 31, 2016 (the “Preliminary Announcement of Annual Results”) with the SEHK. The Preliminary Announcement of Annual Results is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
