Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 12, 2016, Sands China Ltd. (“SCL”), a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corp. with ordinary shares listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “SEHK”), filed its interim results in respect of the six month period ended June 30, 2016 (the “Interim Results Announcement”) with the SEHK. The Interim Results Announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
