provide online flight service tools to the general aviation
community, helping them to plan and navigate the national airspace
safely.
Under the Direct User Access Terminal Service (DUATS) II
contract, Lockheed Martin expands their current work to provide
weather information, flight plan processing and in-flight support
to pilots.

development activities supporting the deployment of innovative
flight services. These services are provided both on the ground
during preflight planning and inflight with operational updates and
emergency services.
