Virginia native brings local land acquisition experience to the team

KB Home (NYSE: KBH), one of the nation’s largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced that Andy Garrich has been named senior vice president of land acquisition and development for its Washington, D.C. Metro division. In this role, Garrich is responsible for all of the builder’s land acquisition activities and the development of new KB Home communities throughout the region.

Garrich joins KB Home with more than 25 years of land development experience in the Maryland and Virginia markets, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech.
