In this role, Franklin, 47, will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership over a range of critical and strategic corporate functions, including architecture, marketing and advertising, market research, KB Home Design Studios, sustainability, and national contracts, and will partner closely with regional and division management to support the Company’s ongoing strategic growth initiatives.

Franklin brings a wealth of strategic insight, operations expertise and business acumen. Prior to joining KB Home, Franklin served as executive vice president, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Worldwide, where he headed customer experience, innovation and new technology within the Parks and Resorts division. During his 18 year career at Disney, he held a range of leadership roles across the organization, in capacities including operations, real estate development, global business and corporate strategy.

Franklin earned both an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
