JNJ Johnson and Johnson

Botox maker Allergan Inc. (AGN), subject of a nearly $46 billion offer from Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. (VRX) and activist investor William Ackman, is soliciting interest from other potential suitors, including Sanofi (SNY) and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), Bloomberg News reported Tuesday on its website, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Allergen's talks with the two companies are at an early stage, Bloomberg reported, adding that it isn't clear if either Sanofi or Johnson & Johnson are interested in bidding.

Spokesmen for the three companies declined comment to Bloomberg.
