5.02(b).    Departure of Certain Officers.

 

Mark K. Engel, Executive Vice President and Global Controller of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (the “Company”), who is the Company’s principal accounting officer, has notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position with the Company, effective on the close of business on August 14, 2015, in order to become the Chief Financial Officer of Green Courte Partners, LLC., a private equity real estate investment firm based in Chicago.

 

The Company is grateful for Mr. Engel’s many and significant contributions over a ten-year period and extends its best wishes to him for success in his new role.

 

We intend to announce Mr. Engel’s successor as principal accounting officer prior to the date of Mr. Engel’s resignation in August. Mr. Engel will remain in his role until that time in order to assure continuity and a smooth transition.
