Mr. Peters has served as Vice President on the board for the
past two years as well as Chairman of the Ohio Housing Council
program committee for the past four years.
He brings extensive experience in affordable housing to the
council, including numerous years working as the mortgage banker
and bond underwriter on various types of affordable housing
transactions.
Mr. Peters is also involved and has been a speaker for numerous
national affordable housing associations, including the Institute
for Responsible Housing Preservation and National Housing &
Rehabilitation Association, and participates in MBA affordable
subcommittees.
