Co., the distressed private equity arm of Invesco, is pleased to
announce the addition of two Managing Directors as the firm looks
to further strengthen its investment team.
Paul Triggiani joins WL Ross
& Co. as Managing Director to lead activities in special
situations credit, an essential complement to WL Ross & Co.'s
distressed private equity business. At WL Ross & Co.,
Triggiani will be focused on control and non-control distressed
debt and credit opportunities, and brings with him over 20 years of
private equity and distressed credit related experience. Prior
to joining, he was Managing Director at HIG Bayside, where he was
responsible for all aspects of the investment process.
Triggiani is the second senior investment professional for WL Ross
& Co. in the last several months as the firm continues to
expand its resources in anticipation of renewed opportunities in
distressed and special situations investments.
Additionally, Nadim Qureshi, has
joined WL Ross & Co. as Managing Director to lead its
investment activities in the chemicals & industrials
vertical. Prior to WL Ross & Co., Qureshi served as
Partner at Quinpario Partners and brings with him 16 years of
investment and operating experience from his involvement in the
restructuring and turnaround of Solutia, a specialty chemicals
company acquired by Eastman Chemical.
