Declaration of Dividend
On August 17, 2016, the Board of Directors of ITC Holdings Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2155 per common share, an increase from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on September 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2016.
