Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that Matthew Dills has joined the company as vice
president, human resources and chief human resources officer. Dills
will lead all human resources functions for ITC.

Dills recently served as executive vice president of human
resources and talent management at Hylant Inc., where he partnered
with executive leadership to lead the human resource strategy and
business partnership across the enterprise. Prior to that, he held
several positions with First Solar, Inc., including vice president
of human resources, talent, learning and organizational
development. While at First Solar he provided business partnership
focus and strategic deployment of human resources (HR) services,
including employee/labor relations, compensation, recruitment, and
training/organizational development. He also served as senior
director of human resources for The University
of Toledo, where he drove the strategic development of HR
services, including employee relations, compensation, recruitment,
and HRIS.
Dills holds a Juris Doctor in Law from The University of Toledo, College of Law, and a Master
of Arts in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the
University of New Haven. He also holds
a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State
University.
