Attached is an English translation of the letter dated November 6, 2015 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

By letter dated November 6, 2015,  the Society reported the sale to a non related party of 864 sqm corresponding to two office floors and 4 parking lots of Maipu 1300 building, located at Retiro district of the City of Buenos Aires. The amount of the transaction was set at USD 3 million, which has been completely paid and the gross profit will be of approximately ARS 25.9 million. The Society maintains a remaining surface of 2,134 sqm in this building.
