Company Responds to ADS Price Decline on New York Stock Exchange

MEXICO CITY, May 20, 2016 – Empresas ICA, S.AB. de C.V. (BMV:ICA) (NYSE:ICA) announced that it is not aware of any fundamental reason for the decline today in the trading price of its American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company notes that, on May 17, 2017, the Company filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2015 and it believes it has disclosed all material information required to be disclosed under applicable law.
