SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 4, 2015 Voya Investments, LLC released the
net asset value (NAV) of the common shares of seven of its
closed-end funds: Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income
Fund (NYSE: IAE), Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund
(NYSE: IHD), Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund
(NYSE: IGA), Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity
Fund (NYSE: IGD), Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials
Fund (NYSE: IDE), Voya International High Dividend Equity Income
Fund (NYSE: IID), and Voya Natural Resources Equity Income Fund
(NYSE: IRR) (each a "Fund" and collectively, the "Funds") for the
period from August 24, 2015 through
August 31, 2015. The delay in
reporting the NAVs per common share during the period was due to a
system malfunction impacting the Funds' third-party fund accounting
agent, The Bank of New York Mellon. The NAV per common share does
not represent the market price at which an investor may trade
shares of the Funds on the NYSE or other exchange. The market
prices on these dates remain unchanged. The Funds did not issue or
repurchase any shares during the period.
