Hutchison Telecommunications International Ltd. (HTX) said Thursday it will postpone its board meeting for 2009 results because it is still in discussions with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on certain accounting treatments.

The company had originally planned to hold the board meeting Thursday.

Hutchison Telecom said it will announce the revised date for the board meeting, but didn't provide a specific time frame.
