Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK) has named Hewlett-Packard Co.
(HPQ) executive John Hinshaw to the trust bank's board.
Mr. Hinshaw is H-P's executive vice President of technology and
operations. His background includes positions at Boeing Co. (BA)
and Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ).
In late August, BNY Mellon said Ruth E. Bruch retired from the
board due to health reasons.
In April, Jeffrey A. Goldstein of private equity firm Hellman
& Friedman joined BNY Mellon's board.
