Halcón Resources Announces Second Quarter 2016 Earnings Release Schedule

Halcón Resources Corporation (NYSE: HK) (“Halcón” or the “Company”)
today announced plans to release its second quarter 2016 financial
results on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 after trading closes on the New
York Stock Exchange.
The Company is not planning to host a conference call to discuss
earnings this quarter as the Company is currently engaged in its
previously announced restructuring efforts. Halcón will continue to
provide public updates on its restructuring efforts as
appropriate.
