-- Hyundai Motor Co., a South Korean auto manufacturer, named Choi Byung-Chul as its chief financial officer. Mr. Choi was previously director, vice president and head of finance at Hyundai Mobis Co.

 

-- Fiserv Inc., a Brookfield, Wis., payment-processing company, named Robert Hau as CFO. He most recently was CFO of TE Connectivity Ltd.

 

-- Hhgregg Inc., an Indianapolis-based home-electronics and appliance retailer tapped finance chief Robert Riesbeck as its interim chief executive. Mr. Riesbeck will add CEO duties to his CFO role.

 

-- Six Flags Entertainment Corp., an amusement-park operator based in Grand Prairie, Texas, named Marshall Barber finance chief. He will succeed John Duffey, who will become CEO and president.

 

-- Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp., a government consulting firm based in McLean, Va., named Lloyd Howell Jr. finance chief, effective July 1. He is currently an executive vice president in charge of the company's civil commercial group.

 

-- Prada SpA, a Milan-based luxury-goods company, said that its finance chief, Donatello Galli, resigned. The company said that Allesandra Cozzani, an executive director at Prada, assumed the role of CFO.

 

-- La Quinta Holdings Inc., an Irving, Texas-based hotel company, said James Forson, interim financial chief, was named CFO and executive vice president.
