Frontier Oil Corp. (FTO) Wednesday restarted a unit at its refinery in El Dorado, Ka., according to a government filing made public Thursday.

The 107,500 barrel-a-day refinery had been reporting emissions for much of the week because of a troubled unit, according to filings Frontier made with the National Response Center.

Frontier has "restarted the effected unit that was shut down," the company said in the latest filing.
