SFL (Paris:FLY):

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), based in Paris at the Porte de la Muette, has leased the whole of the IN/OUT building located at quai Alphonse le Gallo in Boulogne-Billancourt.

This 35,000-sq.m. building has been entirely renovated by the architects DTACC and the designers Jouin-Manku to offer large, flexible, efficient office floorplates as well as a pavilion entirely dedicated to services (conference centre and dining) in an outstanding environment.

The 12-year, fixed-term lease will take effect on 1 September, 2015. On the basis of this deal, SFL’s occupancy rate will increase by around 10 percentage points on the date that the lease takes effect.

In this transaction the parties were advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and the law firms Racine (for SFL) and Gide Loyrette Nouel (for the OECD).
