Rajesh Subramaniam has been elected to the board of directors of
First Horizon National Corp. (NYSE:FHN).

Subramaniam, 50, is executive vice president of marketing and
communications for FedEx Services Inc. and FedEx Corp. From 2003 to
2006 he was president of FedEx Canada, and prior to that he served
as vice president of marketing for FedEx’s Asia Pacific
business.
