At least six people have been injured in a shooting at an
Atlanta-area FedEx Corp. (FDX) facility, according to several
reports.
Six people have been transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital
with more expected, local CBS affiliate WGCL reported, citing Cobb
County, Ga., fire and hospital officials. An unspecified number of
those injured are in surgery, the affiliate reported. Police are
searching for a shooter, WGCL reported.
In a statement, FedEx said it is "aware of the situation" and is
cooperating with authorities. The facility is located in Kennesaw,
Ga.
