Exelon Corporation Declares Dividend

The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular
quarterly dividend of $0.318 per share on Exelon’s common stock.
The dividend is payable on June 10, 2016, to shareholders of record
of Exelon as of 5 p.m. New York Time on May 13, 2016.
The dividend increased from the previous amount of $0.31 per
share to reflect the Board’s Feb. 3, 2016, decision to raise
Exelon’s dividend by 2.5 percent each year for the next three
years, beginning with the June 2016 dividend.
