of ICS Industries Pty. Ltd. (ICS), headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
ICS is a leading full line shelter designer, manufacturer with
installation and maintenance services company serving the
telecommunications, utilities, datacenter, natural resources and
transport industries operating in Australia and serving customers in the
Asia Pacific region. With office,
warehouse and manufacturing facilities located in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, ICS offers a highly skilled workforce
specializing in turn-key solutions for equipment facilities. The
acquisition of ICS by EnerSys will create a leading reserve power,
site solutions, field services and motive power business in
Australia.
