Fortune Brands Inc. (FO) on Monday said its Acushnet golf unit won a jury verdict in a patent dispute with Callaway Golf Co. (ELY). In 2006, Callaway sued Acushnet, alleging a previous generation of Titleist V1 golf balls infringed four patents owned by Callaway.
