Partners (NYSE:DVA), a leading independent medical group in

announced that Suzanne Hansen is
returning to HealthCare Partners as a senior vice president
supporting clinical transformation efforts. From 1991 to 2013,
Hansen held various roles at HealthCare Partners including vice
president of operations.

For the past year, Suzanne has worked for HealthCare Partners as
a consultant, first working in New
Mexico with ABQ Health Partners, and then in Philadelphia with Tandigm Health. Prior to her
consulting work, Suzanne served as senior vice president and
general manager of the population health division at Accretive
Health. There, she led a team that delivered roadmap planning,
technology and management solutions to integrated delivery networks
that were making the transition from fee-for-service to value-based
reimbursement models.
