(NYSE: DDR) declared its second quarter 2015 common stock dividend
of $0.1725 per share, which
represents an increase of 11% from the second quarter of 2014. The
common stock dividend is payable on July 7,
2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
June 11, 2015.
