Delta Board Said To Sign Off On Refinery Deal -CNBC

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES The Delta Air Lines Inc. (DAL) board of directors has signed off on the proposed acquisition of a ConocoPhillips (COP) refinery near Philadelphia, CNBC's Kate Kelly reported Monday. The deal for the Trainer, Pa., refinery, could be worth $100 million to $125 million and may be signed as soon as this week, Kelly said. J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (JPM) has agreed to play a key role in the deal by buying crude oil and paying for shipping costs and the conversion into fuel and other products, according to a previous CNBC report.
