NEW YORK, Sept. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Avis Budget Group, Inc. (NASD: CAR) will replace Questar Corp. (NYSE:STR) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, September 16. S&P 500 constituent Dominion Resources, Inc. (NYSE:D) is acquiring Questar in a deal expected to be completed soon pending final approvals.

Avis Budget Group provides car and truck rentals, car sharing, and ancillary services. Headquartered in Parsippany, NJ, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Trucking Sub-Industry index.
