RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Dominion
Virginia Power is tracking Hurricane Joaquin and two other weather
systems that could lead to flooding, high winds and falling trees
that could result in widespread and extended power outages in the
company's service area.
Dominion began preparing earlier this week in anticipation of
the severe weather. Staffing plans are being made, equipment is
being staged, and supplies needed for repairs are being increased.
As Dominion prepares for what this storm may bring our way, we also
urge customers to do the same.
