On December 15, 2016, CVS Health Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release that included an update of its guidance regarding GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations to reflect charges related to an enterprise streamlining initiative and a reaffirmation of previous Adjusted EPS guidance, for both 2016 and 2017.
