Time Warner Inc. subsidiary Home Box Office said Tuesday that its standalone streaming service HBO Now is available to Apple and Optimum Online customers.

About 2,000 titles are available through the service for $14.99 a month. The company is offering a 30-day free trial to customers who sign up in April.

The launch comes in time for the premiere of the fifth season of Game of Thrones on Sunday.

HBO said it continues to be in discussions with its existing network of distributors and new digital partners to offer HBO Now.
