( 1)  Each Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) entitles the reporting person to receive one share of common stock upon the vesting dates. 25,000 RSUs vested on November 13, 2015 due to accelerated vesting upon resignation, however 25,000 RSUs granted on May 15, 2014 were forfeited.
