AXA Equitable won the DALBAR Annuity Service Award for the fifth consecutive year

AXA Equitable, a leader in providing life insurance and annuity products, has been recognized for delivering superior customer service with DALBAR’s 2015 Annuity Service Award.

DALBAR ranks the telephone service provided by financial services firms based on the DALBAR Service Quality Measurement program and recognizes the firms that rise above the rest in service to clients. These rankings are based on four detailed criteria that are evaluated throughout the year including the representative's attitude, the level of accommodation, the level of expertise displayed, and how effectively interruptions to the flow of the call were handled.

"This award truly represents AXA's customer-centric culture, which drives the Employer Sponsored Operations’ unwavering focus on the customer and commitment to the highest level of service,” said Sue LaVallee, Managing Director of Employer Sponsored Operations at AXA US. “The DALBAR Annuity Service Award is a reflection of how our Call Center team works together to handle our high call volume with sensitivity, empathy and expertise consistently throughout the year.”

AXA’s call center is located at the company’s Syracuse Operations Center in Syracuse, New York and handles about 600,000 calls a year from Plan Sponsors, Plan Participants, AXA Advisors and Brokers.

"We have been honored to win this award for the past 5 years,” said Steve D'Eredita, Senior Director in the Employer Sponsored Operations and the EQUI-VEST Call Center at AXA US. “It is a true testament to our employees in recognizing the service advantage - that service is the key differentiation and a commitment to excellence."

DALBAR has issued this award for 18 years and AXA has been recognized 11 of those years. AXA was also recently recognized for service to customers via its website, www.axa.com. Corporate Insight, a leading provider of competitive intelligence and user experience research to the financial services industry, awarded AXA Equitable with seven Monitor Awards in the Life Insurance and Annuity categories.
