CARPENTER DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

Wyomissing, Pa. (August 25, 2015) - Carpenter Technology Corporation (NYSE:CRS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share of common stock, payable September 15, 2015, to shareholders of record on September 8, 2015.  The ex-dividend date (the date the common stock trades without the dividend) is September 3, 2015.
