will open the branch at a ribbon-cutting ceremony

CIBC (TSX: CM) (NYSE: CM) will celebrate the grand opening
of the CIBC Grand-Héron Banking Centre to serve the growing
population of Saint-Jérôme, a suburb of Montreal. To mark the opening, CIBC will
present a $5,000 donation to TVA news
anchor Pierre Bruneau for the
Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, which he founded
to support pediatric cancer care, treatment and research.
"This new branch in Saint-Jérôme will enable us to better serve
our clients with a full-range of banking solutions from Monday
through Saturday," says Sylvain
Vinet, Senior Vice-President, Eastern Canada, CIBC. "As a long-time
supporter of the Tour CIBC Charles Bruneau, we are happy to mark
our grand opening with a contribution to the Tour CIBC
Charles-Bruneau."
For the last decade, CIBC has proudly supported the Tour CIBC
Charles-Bruneau with our clients and employees contributing more
than $3.9 million to date. Nearly 350
men and women cycle 1,600 kilometres over a span of four days every
July to help the Fondation's ongoing mission to provide hope for
children with cancer and give them the best chances of recovery.
This year, the bicycle trek will be held from July 7 to 10.
