Oil India Looks To Buy Stake In Chesapeake's Mississippi Lime -Reuters

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Oil India Ltd. (533106.BY) is seeking to purchase a stake in Chesapeake Energy Corp.'s (CHK) Mississippi Lime Formation, which is located in Oklahoma, Reuters reported Monday, citing Oil India's finance chief. Chesapeake said earlier this month that it plans to use proceeds from an asset sale in Texas's Permian Basin and a stake sale in the Mississippi Lime to help pay off a loan from Goldman Sachs Group (GS) and Jefferies Group Inc.
