U.K. discount retailer B & M, owned by private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice, is eyeing the launch of an initial pubic offering in London as soon as June, The Financial Times reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) and Bank of America Merrill Lynch are advising, these people said.
