Spie Plans EUR375 Million High-Yield Buyout Bond, Meets Investors

LONDON -(Dow Jones)- French engineering company Spie plans a EUR375 million high-yield bond maturing in August 2019, said one of the banks on the deal Monday. The company is meeting with European investors Monday to Wednesday. Morgan Stanley, Societe Generale and HSBC are lead managers on the deal, together with Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas and Natixis. Proceeds of the senior unsecured bond issue will be used to finance the buyout of the company last summer by a consortium comprising private equity firms Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Axa Private Equity and Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec.
