LONDON--Akers Biosciences Inc. (AKR.LN), a manufacturer of screening and testing products, said Monday that it has signed a distribution agreement for BreathScan OxiChek with Aero-Med, a division of Cardinal Health Inc (CAH).

OxiChek is a disposable breath test to determine levels of oxidative stress in the human body by measuring the levels of certain abundant free radicals.

Shares of Akers at 0718 GMT trading flat at 143 pence.
