Citi Private Bank announced today that Robert Sierens has joined the firm's Chicago office as Central Regional Market Manager. Mr. Sierens will report to Mark Connally, Global Market Manager, Central Region, Citi Private Bank, North America.

“Bob’s years of experience working with ultra high net worth families and family offices throughout the greater Chicago region make him an invaluable addition to our team as we expand our reach to serve more clients there,” said Mr. Connally.

Mr. Sierens joins Citi from Credit Suisse Private Banking where he was the Midwest Regional Manager, from 2015-2016 responsible for 55 relationship managers and an additional 45 staff. He previously held management roles at Credit Suisse including as Northbrook Branch Manager, Central Region Sales Manager and National Training Program Coordinator. Mr. Sierens joined Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette in 1999 to oversee ultra-wealthy, family office and small institutional clients within the Chicago region. He also served as an Infantry officer in the United Stated Army from 1992-1997, stationed in Schofield Barracks, HI.

Mr. Sierens received a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy and a Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
