Convenience-store company CST Brands Inc. (CST) has received acquisition offers from Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (ANCUF) and Seven & i Holdings Co. (3382.TO), Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Other bidders include a consortium of Blackstone Group LP (BX) and Apollo Global Management LLC (APO), Reuters reported.

CST shares rose 17% to $44.56.
