Macro") hereby informs you that on the date hereof the Comision
Nacional de Valores (hereinafter referred to as "CNV") has given
notice of Resolution 17586 by which it decided to suspend Banco
Macro S.A. on a preventive basis as Negotiation, Clearing and
Settlement Agent (Agente de Liquidacion y Compensacion y Agente de
Negociacion – Integral), pursuant to section 51 of Act 26831.
Banco Macro has fulfilled with the standards and criteria's of
CNV. The Bank is focused in answering as soon as possible the
observations done by CNV aiming to remove the preventive
suspension.
