On April 14, 2015, Gerald L. Hassell, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (the “Company”) is scheduled to present at the Company’s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), which will be held at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) in New York, New York.
